Computacenter visited Cognito iQ at Service Management Expo 2015, in search of the latest in mobile workforce management solutions. They were working on a Business Transformation Project across their organisation which would look at Process, Technology and People. With a clear view of their business requirements and a requirement to introduce a mobility solution for their engineers and technicians, they also wanted to maintain integration to their SAP and BMC Service Management platforms.
