Our inaugural forum for customers using our Cognito iQ OPM product was held on Tuesday 25th April at the Konica Minolta UK offices in Chancery Lane. The event was extremely well attended by customers who are already using the powerful analytics technology and was aimed at sharing insight and learnings with other users.
Hosted by Ged Cranny, Head of UK Service for Konica Minolta Business Solutions, the delegates spent a full morning discussing benefit realisation within Productivity, Customer Experience and Employee Engagement. By sharing insights and learnings, all delegates came away from the event having learned something new from other businesses and gaining a real insight into how transformational the technology has been across the board. The key insight from the day was Ged Cranny’s notion of 1% and how OPM analytics can be and should be used to put a laser focus on different aspects of the business. This simple but effective approach has led to huge benefits and marginal gains. He cited how saving just 1% in his world equates to the fully loaded annual cost of an engineer.
