Swale Heating, a Cognito customer for more than 10 years now was recently awarded a 10 year heating servicing and repairs contract worth £3.6m. This is the latest in a long line of success stories for Swale, which has continued to grow and expand ever since it started in 1972.
With over 40 years experience of installing boilers and maintaining heating systems, Swale first worked with Cognito in 2002. Servicing over 90,000 heating systems on a 24×7 basis, they required a mobile solution that integrated into their existing service management software to provide real-time job despatch and stock management.
