The annual 3 day Service Management Expo took place last week and the whole Cognito iQ team were there in full force showcasing our new brand and market leading mobility and analytics solutions.
Tuesday and Wednesday were both very busy days and we were delighted to speak to lots of business leaders eager to take their service operations to new levels. Refreshingly, the role of technology is widely recognised as being key to transforming service and decision makers are looking to invest with the right partners. Indeed, our presentation on Wednesday ‘The Power of Technology to Transform Service, Drive Productivity and Delight Customers’ was the most well attended seminar of the show. After violent storms and torrential downpours, attendance on Thursday was notably lower as people struggled to get to ExCel due to chaos on the London transport system however, those who did battle their way to the exhibition were warmly welcomed on the Cognito iQ stand.
All in all a tiring but very successful 3 day event. We were proud to have the largest stand at the exhibition and delighted to make contact with so many forward thinking service businesses. We’d like to thank our partners ALK and Zebra for joining us on our stand and for their continued support.
