We were delighted to once again, welcome our Cognito iQ OPA community to Konica Minolta’s offices in London for our second OPA Forum. The afternoon kicked off with presentations from our COO Dave Webb, about the future plans for this exciting technology. Tristan Penton, Product Manager, explained the roadmap for enhanced features and functionality which led to positive discussion around the table with the group.
Dave Webb commented, “Each of our OPA customers is using the technology to do something exceptional and our aim is to continue to champion that across the field service industry".
We believe the key to transforming the service operation of every field service business, lies in the data coming from the field. The technology is unique in the market both here and in the US. Our OPA community are the early adopters who are championing Field Service Excellence, driving operational efficiencies and delivering superb service to their customers.
