ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard that explains the framework of an effective Quality Management System (QMS).

We use it to understand and manage interrelated processes to continually improve our organisation’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Data Protection

We process and analyse a huge volume of data at Cognito iQ. In order to ensure that we remain compliant where possible and are updated on potential or upcoming changes in the legislation, we use DPOaaS (Data Protection Officer as a Service).


We also have GDPR specific trained colleagues in-house to ensure that we have an understanding of the impact of our products on data subjects.
